Dispute Resolution

If you experience any issues with a payment or service, please contact us first at support@velixinc.us . We will review your concern and work to resolve it quickly—usually within 5–7 business days

Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, notify us immediately. We will investigate the issue and cooperate with your payment provider to resolve the matter.

Chargeback Process

Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. Please reach out first so we can help quickly. During a review, your account may be paused, and we’ll provide transaction details to your payment provider as needed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy (if applicable). Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Fraudulent Chargebacks

Submitting a false or fraudulent chargeback is considered misuse of our services and may result in account suspension and legal action if necessary.

30-Day Refund Policy

If you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase. Refunds exclude digital products, gift cards, and custom items. Contact for refunds. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
